According to Seth Godin’s book “Linchpin” when you become a Linchpin, or someone who does more than mediocre and becomes indispensable in an organization, some people will like it and some people won’t.
Now I am going into a new season in my work, some people likes it and I know some people doesn’t. But I just know one thing, since day 1 I have just been relying on His grace to abound in me as I do my work. And the vision that He has implanted in me since college is just simple, “be excellent”. I am challenged for this next level and I know I am not doing it alone. I have a great group of friends to support me and whats more, I have a greater God to equip me. :)
